Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. As we source our products directly from suppliers, please allow additional time for order preparation before shipment.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 15–25 business days
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Please Note As our products ship from overseas, delivery times may be longer than domestic shipping. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (such as holidays). We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Fees All shipments are sent from China. In rare cases, US customs may inspect packages, which could cause minor delays. We declare all items at their correct value — we are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare values.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at horizontradellc82@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at horizontradellc82@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
